Drawing and forming lubricants

These products can be used neat or diluted. When diluted they provide excellent boundary lubrication which maximises the distribution spread of the high performance additives and ensures tooling protection. In laboratory tests and in a cross section of dilutions, it was able to demonstrate complete stability when compared to other products where free oil and additives were visible after standing. This translates in practice to key stability and consistent performance.

Our mineral lubricants have a low Hydrophylic -lipophylic balance that allows them to emulsify high levels of lubricity additives  offering high performance for a wide range of forming operations. These products give superior surface finish and tool-life and can be used for the arduous deep drawing of stainless and other hard alloys. They are premium forming fluids with exceptional performance on all metals. They are non-staining and can easily be washed off.
